JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate Soft Toy and Squishy product development (including prototypes, molds, production, and product/material sourcing) in collaboration with factories
• Ensure all engineering projects, initiatives, and processes comply with the organization’s established policies and objectives
• Manage the daily operations of the engineering team and deliver the company’s KPIs for engineering and technical functions
• Manage or assist in managing suppliers, product development schedules, cost comparisons and calculations, as well as material and vendor sourcing
• Follow up on orders with factories, customers, and internal parties to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery
• Handle ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Engineering or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in toys manufacturing
• Strong experience with soft toy & plush development is a definite advantage
• Solid experience in the manufacturing field with exposure in areas of production, quality, safety, logistics, and maintenance
• Good understanding of production processes and manufacturing capabilities
• Strong knowledge of practices and procedures to resolve workflow issues, combined with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret information to develop, recommend, and implement effective solutions.
• Willingness to travel to Mainland China.
