JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

• Manage third-party payment vendors and gateways to ensure stable performance and commercial efficiency.
• Oversee vendor SLAs, reviews, and escalations to maintain service quality.
• Define and manage the gateway integration roadmap and new payment feature rollouts.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing models aligned with business and technical goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support product delivery and issue resolution.
• Track key metrics and APAC market trends to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above.
• 6+ years’ experience in product or vendor management within payments, banking, fintech, or e-commerce industries.
• Strong knowledge of payment products, gateways, and integrations.
• Proven experience managing vendors and driving commercial results.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiar with the APAC payment market and agile environments.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
