JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

• Managing, checking and reviewing the performance of existing vendors.
• Sourcing new vendors for the cost saving purposes.
• Pasting order and handling documentation work through their internal ERP systems.

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above.
• At least 5 years of material purchasing / vendor sourcing experience of gifts and premiums / paper products.
• Experience in manufacturers or buying offices or sourcing agents are also welcome.
• Familiar with MS Office
• Good command of Mandarin and English
