JOB DESCRIPTION

Payroll Analyst (Overseas)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage payroll for employees in overseas countries such as Australia and New Zealand, etc.
  • Prepare periodic payroll reports accurately and on time.
  • Update and maintain SOPs and checklists for compliance.
  • Oversee superannuation and tax processes.
  • Generate month-end payroll reports for accounting and audits.
  • Provide data and documentation for audits.
  • Handle ad hoc reports and special projects as needed.

Requirements:

  • Over 2 years of experience in Payroll and Benefits Administration.
  • Hands-on payroll experience in Australia and New Zealand is a must.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiar with Microsoft Word and Google Forms.
  • Excellent critical thinking and troubleshooting skills for payroll issues.
  • Ability to escalate issues as needed, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
  • Team-oriented, focused on data integrity and accuracy.
