JOB DESCRIPTION
Payroll Analyst (Overseas)
Responsibilities:
- Manage payroll for employees in overseas countries such as Australia and New Zealand, etc.
- Prepare periodic payroll reports accurately and on time.
- Update and maintain SOPs and checklists for compliance.
- Oversee superannuation and tax processes.
- Generate month-end payroll reports for accounting and audits.
- Provide data and documentation for audits.
- Handle ad hoc reports and special projects as needed.
Requirements:
- Over 2 years of experience in Payroll and Benefits Administration.
- Hands-on payroll experience in Australia and New Zealand is a must.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiar with Microsoft Word and Google Forms.
- Excellent critical thinking and troubleshooting skills for payroll issues.
- Ability to escalate issues as needed, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
- Team-oriented, focused on data integrity and accuracy.
