JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

• Development of new optical processes and applications for brand protection, document security and functional holograms；
• Design of next generation optical features using state of the art holographic laser origination systems；
• Improvement of thermoplastic and photo (UV) roll-to-roll embossing processes for transfer products in close cooperation with our R&D, production, design and sales team；
• Characterization of micro and nano structures, Integration of new optical features using thinfilm deposition technologies like physical vapor deposition, sputtering, etc；
• Observation of trends and technological progress in the market.

Requirements:

• University degree (Master) with focus on Physics or Optics；
• Knowledge in fields such as Lasers, Optics, Optical Toolbuilding or Optical Measurement Engineering；
• Previous work experience in holography desired, but not requested；
• Strong understanding of complex technical relationships and the motivation to solve challenging tasks with a systematic and persistent approach；
• Good communication skills in English and readiness to work in an international team；
• Willingness for occasional business trips or customer visits.
