JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership, direction and manage overall operational activities (a small team of 8 – 10 staffs)
• Formulate and implement strategic plans to maximize business performance, workflow efficiency
• Ensure workflow is compile with regulations and practices

Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing or Business Administration or related disciplines
• At least 8 – 10 years’ experience in life insurance and the whole operations
• Good command of English and Mandarin
• Excellent communication skills
