Operation Manager

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee the Logistics, and Project Management functions to ensure smooth operational execution and timely product delivery.
  • Monitor the effective flow of documents and communications among internal departments, clients, suppliers, carriers, and overseas offices to ensure timely and accurate responses.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, overseas offices, and vendors to plan product development, production schedules, ordering arrangements, and shipment schedules.
  • Oversee supplier and supply chain performance.
  • Manage production schedules and closely monitor shipment schedules.
  • Handle and oversee logistics operations.
  • Liaise and negotiate with vendors, freight forwarders, and carriers to resolve production scheduling and shipping issues effectively.
  • Monitor vendors’ efficiency and performance.
  • Ensure proper handling of shipping documentation, import/export procedures, and customs-related matters.
  • Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency and continuous process improvement.
  • Oversee inventory management, sample shipment arrangements, and the preparation of departmental reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or related disciplines preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of premium/toy production management and logistics management.
  • Minimum 10 years of solid experience in Logistics and operations management, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role within the toy/premium industry.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to lead teams in identifying, developing, and implementing effective operational and product development processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
  • Strong analytical, forecasting, and cost analysis capabilities with solid numerical and problem-solving skills.
