• Liaise with external parties for coordinating staff activities
• Assist in preparing company newsletter
• Assist in preparing materials and documents for internal committees

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above
• Relevant marketing event and staff relations experience is preferred
• Proficient in PC applications such as Microsoft Office, preferably with knowledge in design software
• Excellent skills of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
