JOB DESCRIPTION

Office Clerk / General Clerk

Responsibilities:

  • Assist administrative support to the department
  • Provide office support including documentation, and inquiries etc.
  • Handle system data entries and document fillings
  • Regular reports update
  • Perform other duties assigned by managers or Department Head from time to time

Requirements:

  • 1 – 2 years’ office operations experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Fluent in Cantonese, Good to Average in English and Mandarin is a plus
