JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the development of RFQs and/or other documents in response to requests from prospective customers；
• Lead the NPI Team and manage the overall RFQ and DFM process including reviewing the product specification and test specification for feasibility study；
• Establish Cost and Quotation Price matrixes to deliver accurate, consistent and timely customer quotations；
• Collaborate with the Business Teams (Sales and BD) and other functional teams (include and not limited to Project Management, Tooling, Process, Automation, Assembly, Quality and Sourcing Teams) to ensure RFQ content is complete, accurate and timely；
• Evaluate investment cost vis-à-vis PVO, project lifespan and profitability；
• Work with Tooling Design Team to study tool design that best meet customers’ expectation；
• Facilitate DFM review and interpret technical requirements to customers；
• Follow up project status and timeline schedules；
• Manage multiple RFQs tasks with sometimes rapid turnaround deadlines；
• Such other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

• Experience in field of auto or medical industry，Experience in new project introduction and cost calculation is preferred；
• Good cost-consciousness；
• Proficient in mold design and processing, familiar with injection molding and assembly process；
• Good communication and expression skills, can be a window of technical communication with customers in the early stage of the project；
• English can be the working language.
