JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

• Keep manufacturing/production running smoothly by providing timely technical support to sovle quality, process and fixture problems；
• Design、redesign and improve the manufacturing/assembly method for new products or existing products；
• Continuously improve process capability, products quality and production efficiency by improving the fixture/tooling, introducing the new process/knowledge, and redesign the process/products；
• Maintain engineering data in business system or engineering system by timely setuping and updating；
• Support or lead technology transfer, new product development or new product introduction；
• Envolve in vendor quality improvement by actively attend MRR meeting；
• Train operators on manufacturing or production process to ensure quality and efficiency.

Requirements:

• CET 4；
• Bachelor Degree；
• Good knowledge and practice of tooling/fixture，or mechanism design and developing；
• Minimum 5 years’ working experience in mechnanical industry；
• ISO 9000 knowledge.
