JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee order tracking, procurement coordination, and supply chain communication for Trims-related products to ensure on-time delivery.
• Handle customer inquiries, follow up on brand development needs, provide expert advice, and arrange client visits to strengthen partnerships.
• Collaborate with internal teams and branches to resolve order, pricing, and product-related challenges.
• Conduct market research and data analysis to support marketing strategies and promote new products to achieve sales targets.
• Assist the Marketing Manager in project execution, handle ad-hoc tasks, and travel to China/overseas as required.

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above with a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience. Trim/findings industry background preferred.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin).
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing. Must be skilled in Excel functions (VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
• Customer-oriented team player with an outgoing personality.
• Candidates with varying experience levels will be considered for Assistant/Senior Merchandiser positions.
