JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead the Group’s overall marketing and public relations strategies, ensuring effective execution and budget control.
• Drive digital marketing efforts, including website, e-shop management, and product photography coordination.
• Oversee VIP program development, CRM initiatives, and customer lifecycle management to enhance acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Strengthen brand positioning and image, providing strategic input on new product designs and brand-related matters.
• Manage annual marketing budget, monitor expenses, and ensure efficient resource deployment.
• Lead event management and special projects from concept to completion, while maintaining internal controls and risk assessment.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in watches and jewellery, retail, or luxury products.
• Mature, business-savvy, and strategic thinker with strong brand positioning skills.
• Solid experience in both online and offline marketing execution, with excellent project management abilities.
• Well-connected, resourceful, and up to date with current market trends.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (both spoken and written), with strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
