JOB DESCRIPTION
Manager (Human Resources) – Talent Acquisition
Responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement talent acquisition plans, manage and implement end-to-end recruitment processes
- Develop and utilize different channels and platforms for employer branding and talent sourcing
- Manage projects related to recruitment process streamlining, assessment tools review and revamp
- Partner with management and HR operations in identification and prioritization of current and future talent needs
- Maintain and analyze various statistics on recruitment for benchmarking and evaluation
Requirements:
- Degree holder in HR management or related disciplines.
- Minimum 12 years’ relevant experience in human resources management, of which 8 years in a similar capacity, gained from sizeable organizations.
- Track record on successful recruitment case
- Innovative, self-motivated, with ability to influence across all levels of the organization.
- Outstanding ability to analyze key business drivers/metrics to develop and deliver solutions. In depth
- knowledge of recruiting in the intelligence community.
- An effective communicator, proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Immediate availability will be an advantage.
