JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

• Daily store operations, support service excellence to enhance customer experience.
• Work closely with brand partners to build and maintain strong brand relationships.
• Participate in marketing and merchandising activities to strengthen brand image.
• Identify trends and recommend proactive or remedial action to manage business situations.
• Cooperate with management to develop and implement actions that protect company assets and profitability.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Excellent command of English, good Command of Mandarin.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
• Passionate about luxury retail and brand management.
• Capable of serving as a role model for displaying openness, teamwork, and integrity.
• Fresh graduate is welcome.
