JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Account Manager
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key enterprise clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Develop long-term strategic relationships with key decision-makers (C-level executives, senior managers).
- Identify and capitalize on upsell/cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to position the company’s offerings effectively.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or Business Development.
- Proven track record of managing enterprise clients and achieving revenue targets.
- Experience in ICT, B2B FinTech or consumer electronic industries is a plus.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
