JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Account Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key enterprise clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop long-term strategic relationships with key decision-makers (C-level executives, senior managers).
  • Identify and capitalize on upsell/cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to position the company’s offerings effectively.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or Business Development.
  • Proven track record of managing enterprise clients and achieving revenue targets.
  • Experience in ICT, B2B FinTech or consumer electronic industries is a plus.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
