JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

• Report to an IT Project Manager in Hong Kong.
• Provide day-to-day inhouse IT support.
• Responsible for the troubleshoot of system and network.
• Handle the system implementation and upgrade projects.
• Assist in others ad-hoc duties.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in IT or others related.
• At least 2 years of system / network support experience.
• CCNA / CCNP holder is preferable.
• Good command of reading and writing of English.
• Training will be provided to junior candidate.
• For senior candidate, the position can be considered as Senior Engineer.
