JOB DESCRIPTION
IT Trainee (In-house)
Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day IT operation support service
- Monitor the IT System health status, network performance and security control
- Responsible for the troubleshoot of system and network
- Diagnose and resolve hardware or software faults
- Assist in others ad-hoc duties
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in IT or others related
- Knowledge of Familiar with VMware ESXi, Firewall, Windows Server, and Network Security is preferred
- Fresh grad is also welcome
- Able to read and write English
