JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

• Lead a small team of services engineer and provide 1st level and 2nd level support to corporate clients.
• Daily maintain Cloud PBX, local VM and NAS management.
• Assist the regional technical support duties for China, Manila, Malaysian or Taiwan, etc.

Requirements:

• Diploma holder of computer science / information technology or above.
• At least 5 years of related IT support experience.
• Experienced in supporting Microsoft Office, Windows, HTML5, O365, Lan, Network Configuration, Active directory, etc.
• Familiar with Ali/AWS Cloud is preferable.
• Good interpersonal, management and organization skill.
• Good command of Mandarin and English
