JOB DESCRIPTION
IT Solution Manager
Responsibilities:
- Report to Managing Director and lead a small IT team to provide daily inhouse IT support and also provide 2nd level support to external corporate clients in Hong Kong.
- Handle the application development and testing, systems upgrade and other project management duties.
- Provide training to internal technician team and sales team.
Requirements:
- Degree holder of Computer Science or related discipline.
- At least 8 years of related IT support, project management or solution development experience.
- Strong interpersonal and organization skill.
- Good command of Chinese and English.
