JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Manage the project implementation process from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Organizing project events (e.g. f2f and online meetings, SAT, UAT, FAT), write MoM and followup on agreed actionable items

  • Identification and provision of reliable solutions for all issues or potential risks to ensure complete

  customer satisfaction

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
