JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Description:

• Report to the Department Head
• Responsible for IT infrastructure maintenance and network support
• Ensure stability and performance of IT operation and systems
• Provide deskside and mobile devices support services to end users
• Work closely with vendors to provide hardware and software solutions
• Coordinate with Beijing and Shenzhen offices for routine IT infrastructure maintenance
• Assist in the implementation of ad-hoc IT projects

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Information Technology or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years experiences in Helpdesk support preferably in financial industry
• Solid experience in PC hardware, MS Office, VC Equipment, Windows Server, Active Directory administration, network security, VPN, VMWare vSphere and Veeam backup
• Experienced in server / network / firewall configuration and implementation
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese , Mandarin is a must
