JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

• Oversee Global company ‘s IT Operation
• Revamp & manage the group’s IT department, optimize IT operations with proper cost control to support business strategies and ensure operational efficiency and excellence.
• Review and manage IT infrastructure and cloud platform services within the group
• Manage IT infrastructure, applications & systems (development & support) teams to provide quality service for internal users
• Identify, assess, monitor, and mitigate risks related to IT security, software asset management, data management, etc.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of experience with experience in leading and managing the IT department of a global company (manufacturing field preferred).
• Proven experience overseeing and restructuring IT function in a regional scope
• Leadership and team-building skills to manage & motivate global IT team members of different technical expertise and background.
• Good communication and presentation skills to senior management; strong cost management awareness.
• Proficient in developing and managing IT infrastructure, including network design, system architecture, cloud technologies, etc.
• Proficient in IT project development and management of in-house developed software systems.
• Experience in procurement processes, including vendor evaluation, contract negotiation, and equipment sourcing.
• Native in Cantonese. Fluent in English and Mandarin
