JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities

• Utilize risk-based auditing techniques to strategically plan and execute audit assignments with precision and efficiency.
• Perform audits to assess the adequacy and effectiveness of IT control procedures, ensuring robust system integrity and compliance.
• Analyze risk areas, evaluate potential threats, and recommend practical, actionable solutions to strengthen risk management.
• Produce detailed audit reports and communicate findings and recommendations clearly to Senior, Middle, and Line Management.
• Conduct follow-up reviews to confirm the execution of audit recommendations, track progress, and report on resolution status.
• Partner with Financial and Operational audit teams to address IT-related aspects of business units and project audits, ensuring comprehensive coverage.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of cybersecurity and risk management regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and best practices.
• Contribute to the development of management dashboards and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) initiatives within the Internal Audit department.
• Undertake ad-hoc reviews and special projects as assigned, delivering high-quality results in alignment with organizational objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting, or a related field; CISA, CISSP, or CIA certification preferred.
• Minimum of 7+ years of IT audit experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within a complex organization.
• High proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua
