Investor Relations – Account Executive
Responsibilities:
- Understand clients’ requirements and long-term goals to develop respective investor relations and public relations strategies.
- Prepare relevant communication materials, including roadshow and corporate presentations, factsheets, mock QA, press releases, interim and annual reports, and website content.
- Drive investor and public relations strategies aligned with clients’ long-term objectives.
- Create and manage key communication materials, including presentations, fact sheets, press releases, reports, and digital content.
- Monitor clients’ financial and operational performance, and analyze competitive positioning.
- Track shareholder structure, institutional holdings, and market trends to identify investor and analyst engagement opportunities.
- Organize roadshows, investor meetings, media interviews, and corporate events to enhance shareholder value and liquidity.
- Gather and summarize investor/analyst feedback, providing actionable insights for clients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree holder.
- Relevant client-facing experience, experience in financial markets, digital media, or financial PR is an advantage.
- Good command of English, Chinese, and Mandarin.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
