JOB DESCRIPTION
Human Resources Manager/Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy;
- Manage the recruitment and selection process and onboarding process;
- Manage the compensation program and assist the salary review process to the top management;
- Manage the monthly payroll on time and compile necessary management reports for top management’s review;
- Oversee, Manage and renew the employee benefit programs from time to time;
- Prepare annual staff cost budget and forecasting reports to top management and Global HQ;
- Oversee the staff cost budget and report to the top management regularly;
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances and other issues;
- Manage the attendance record and report to the top management;
- Manage the performance evaluation and development process;
- Handle the termination and exit administration process;
- Assist the Accountant and Auditor for seasonal audits;
- Ensure the office security and safety;
- Manage the office supply and administration activities;
- Manage the office relocation if necessary;
- Organize the annual dinner or outing activities when necessary;
- Handle ad-hoc projects assigned by the top management.
Requirements:
- University graduate in HRM or equivalent discipline;
- At least 7 years of HR full spectrum experience;
- Strong HR concepts with excell.
