Responsibilities:
- Handle user IT enquiries by phone call or email
- Follow up cases if necessary
Requirements:
- Diploma in Computer Science, Information Engineering or related disciplines
- Good command of English and Cantonese and in good communication skills
- Customer oriented, self-motivated, can work under pressure
