JOB DESCRIPTION

Head of Sales for Guangdong Region

Responsibilities:

  • In cooperation with Asia Sales Director and following HQ guidelines, developing and executing strategic plans to attract more offline channels (distributors, dealers, projects, loyalty programs, etc.) and expand the current business with focus in Guangdong area;
  • Determine annual sales plans by implementing marketing strategies, analyzing trends and results;
  • Designing programs to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty;
  • Overseeing sales team recruitment and creating training;
  • Leading and motivating teams of Sales Representatives to develop customer relations, increase market share and sales revenue;
  • Monitor changes in the industry and leverage them for business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of experience in high-end appliances Business Development and proven track record;
  • Possess extensive knowledge of the local market and has connections within the industry;
  • Fluent in English, Chinese mother-tongue;
  • knowledgeable in creating client-focused solutions and positioning products and services against competitors;
  • Flexible, possess strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, attention to detail, and ability to multitask;
  • Experience in working for international companies is preferred.
