JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

• Report to the Board of Directors
• Oversee the whole operations of the business including Sales & Marketing, Engineering, Production, HR, Accounting
• Develop business with existing customers and or potential customers
• Set up long terms business goals and objective and lead the whole company to executive

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree holder with Engineering background will be an advantage
• 10 – 15 years experience in manufacturing industry is a must, solid knowledge in plastic molding, strong management skills in manufacturing environment
• Experience in business development with global customers (aerospace or automotive related) is an advantage
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good at MS Office, graphic design software
• Flexible, systematic, able to work independently
