JOB DESCRIPTION
General Manager (Factory Operation Management)
Responsibilities:
- Report to the Director
- Oversee the daily whole operations of the plastics products manufacturing including Engineering, Production, Logistics, Human Resources, Administration etc…
- Leading the teams of management to achieve long term and short term goals
- Give constructive suggestions for continuous improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree holder with Engineering background
- Around 10 experience in manufacturing industry is a must, solid knowledge in factory operation management
- Strong management skills
- Good command of English and Chinese
- Willing to work in Asian Country
