JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

• Technical support on Digital Commerce and Internet Payment Gateway.
• Provide technical support / troubleshooting to the production merchants.
• Manage communications and escalations with the merchants, as well as with internal organizations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.
• 1 year working experience (fresh graduates will also be considered).
• Understanding of web technologies, including the HTTP protocol and TCP/IP.
• Experience with mobile operating systems, such as Android and iOS, is a strong plus. Experience with relational databases is preferred.
• Experience with web technologies, development languages and environments, including 1 or more of the following: NodesJS, Java JSP, Ruby, Python, VB, .Net, MySQL, SQL Server, PHP, ASP, Windows Servers, Unix/Linux, XML, SOAP, REST.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, e.g. Word, Excel, Access DB.
• Good Client facing and personal interaction skills are successful requirements for this position.
• Good team player. Flexible, self-motivated, enthusiastic and open-minded.
• Fluency (oral and written) in Chinese and English.
