JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

• Report to CEO
• Responsible for Merger and Acquisition Projects
• Participate in JV setup and give recommendations on the JV agreements
• Design new project control reports for monitoring project cost and cashflow
• Business partner with other business heads for transformation projects to drive business initiatives
• Oversee the financial strategic planning and harmonize the financial operations of the company
• Assist the Group for project tendering, e.g. acquiring banker’s prior support, etc.
• Assess key finance management resources and recommend appropriate interventions in line with future business requirements.
• Maintain a professional relationship with internal and external parties such as auditors, lawyers and banker

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines with Qualified Accountant qualifications from HKICPA, ACCA or equivalent
• At least 8 years’ managerial experience
• With exposure in Construction, Property Development, Machinery, Building Services is an advantage
• Well-organized with strong analytical and interpersonal skills
• Excellent command of English and Mandarin
• Good business acumen with strong communication, problem-solving and analytical skill
