JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities

• Cost control and provide recommendations to management improvements to improve the internal controls, efficiency and effectiveness of PRC and overseas operations
• Prepare consolidated financial statements.
• Handle full range of company secretarial duties for the group of companies including the preparation of board/shareholders minutes, resolutions, meeting papers.
• Carry out ad-hoc projects including set up of overseas operation
• Willing to travel is a must

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above in accounting.
• Professional qualification in HKICPA/ACCA or equivalent.
• A minimum of 10 years of working experience of which at least 5 years in garment manufacturing industry.
• Good understand and hands-on experiences in financial analyses, budgetary and forecasting processes.
• Proficient in MS Office/Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good command of English and Mandarin, good written English is a must.
• Immediately available preferred.
