JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

• Own technical Design-win process from Opportunity identification, designin, design win (EVT, DVT to Mass production)

• Responsible for providing technical support remotely or on site within agreed conditions; ability to prioritize support.

• Service reporting, documentation and creation of procedure/protocols for internal and customer needs.

• Partner with commercial colleagues to deliver customer deals that can be implemented profitably and meet/exceed customer expectations

• Undertakes scientific instruments installation, basic training, preventive and corrective maintenance via telephone and on-site service

Requirements:

• Bachelor in Electronics Engineering and above or other related discipline.

• 10 years and above relevant work experience in South East Asia

• Excellent interpersonal communication English and one SEA language

• Ability to work effectively with customers and associates

• Great teammate with strong desire for successful results

• Good verbal and written communications skills related to technical approaches, work performed, test results, and findings.

• Have strong electrical background for opportunities and design in, and problem-solving abilities

• Willingness to travel =

• Proficient PC literacy such as MS Office Outlook, PowerBI and CRM
