JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the team of field application engineer to provide technical support in Asia Pacific.
• Guide the FAE team to work closely with sales team and ensure the goals are achieved.
• Ensure the closing of product quality complaints and environmental enquiries at customers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of engineering activities with business objectives.
• Participate in high-level technical reviews to overcome design barriers and promote the company’s full product portfolio (e.g., Capacitors, Inductors, Filters, Sensors, Circuit Protection);
• Other ad-hoc projects that assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field;
• A minimum of 10+ years of experience in a technical role and proven experience in a leadership role within an engineering or manufacturing setting;
• Experienced in passive components is a strong plus;
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence both technical and commercial stakeholders;
• Ability to foster a collaborative and innovative team environment;
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin;
• Willing to travel if required.
