JOB DESCRIPTION

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 10 years+ management experience in Human Resources and Factory Administration.
• Experience in Electronics Manufacturing is preferred.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (including Mandarin).

Responsibilities

• Leading a group of managers for Human Resources, Factory Administration, as well as Compliance of Environment, Health & Safety regulations.
• Strategize human resources activities including recruitment and retention, employee relations and policy implementation.
• Ensure operational efficiency and regulatory compliance across all administrative areas.
• Provide regular updates and strategic input to the Board of Directors.
