JOB DESCRIPTION

E-Commerce Operation Director

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and provide strategies to meet sales objectives specifically for local sales market, eg. E-commerce sales, B2B sales and etc;
  • Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand customer data base;
  • Provide information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing budget, data and trends, be able to support and maintain all related sales daily and monthly reports as require by Executive Officer and Management;
  • Manage and ensure an effective and high level of sales follow through by managing and monitoring sales teams to meet all goals and targets specified on a monthly and quarterly basis;
  • Allocate the period task efficiently and monitor completing progress dynamically;
  • Ensure and constantly maintain up to date promotion, benefits and offer by Company as well as partners;
  • Recognize sales opportunities by identifying consumer/member requirements;
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations;
  • Be able to constantly clear obstacles to support the sales team and be a team player;
  • Process a great interest of the latest development within the lifestyle industry;
  • Other duties given by Executive Officer and Management.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions;
  • Have great understanding of local market especially in E-commerce sales and B2B sales, experience in retail, lifestyle, hospitality or membership services is a plus;
  • Track record of managing successful integrated marketing campaigns from inception to completion;
  • Contribute to sales effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed;
  • Sustain good relationship with Marketing / Business partners and anticipate new opportunities;
  • Cross functional experience is preferred, eg. trade market, distribution, and etc;
  • At least 10 years’ experience in a sales management role, experience in managing budgets is a must;
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field, excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills, excellent English verbal and written communications skills is a must;
  • Outstanding leadership and having strong sense of responsibility;
  • Be able to take the initiative.
