JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Description:

• Design and maintain resilient, scalable production and staging environments using Infrastructure-as-Code for maximum consistency.
• Build and automate multi-repository CI/CD pipelines with integrated release validation, gate checks, and fast rollback readiness.
• Implement centralized logging, metrics, tracing, and alert tuning to accelerate incident response and system visibility.
• Safeguard high-traffic payment processing, asynchronous callbacks, reconciliation flows, and scheduled operational jobs.
• Lead high-severity incident response, root cause analysis, and enforce release safety standards like phased rollouts and deployment checklists.
• Partner with security teams to manage access controls, secret/certificate lifecycles, patch management, and audit traceability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field with 3+ years of hands-on DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering experience.
• Strong expertise in Linux, networking fundamentals, shell scripting, web/reverse proxies, and Infrastructure-as-Code practices.
• Proven track record building CI/CD pipelines and operating containerized workloads/orchestration in multi-service environments.
• Hands-on experience with production monitoring tools, alert tuning, database/middleware operations, and pressure-tested incident management.
• Experience with payments, payment gateways, asynchronous processing, or high-volume financial transaction ecosystems.
