JOB DESCRIPTION
Customer Services Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Support relationship managers in client relationship management, including account onboarding, KYC procedures, processing client transactions, and providing back-office assistance.
- Liaise with private banks, securities firms, insurance brokers, and other institutions to address and resolve daily client inquiries.
- Execute trades for financial products, including foreign exchange (FX), equities, mutual funds, and structured products.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the team to ensure efficient workflow.
- Assist in financial operations, such as daily payments, intercompany reconciliations, third-party payables/receivables, monthly invoicing, and processing employee expense claims.
Requirements:
- Degree holder with HKSI Paper 1 qualification.
- Related working experience in financial institution is preferred.
- Cantonese speaking skill is required. Good command of English writing and reading.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in common office software.
