JOB DESCRIPTION
Customer Service Officer (Insurance, non-sales role)
Responsibilities:
- Handle customers’ enquiries from inbound calls and emails.
- Explain the products and services to customers upon request.
- Provide support to teammates (e.g. re-marketing and quotations for new and renewal business).
- Handle enquiries from clients/insurers.
Requirements:
- Diploma graduate or professional qualification in General Insurance.
- Passed in IIQE paper 1, 3 and 5, or ANZIIF is highly preferable.
- With customer service experience in an insurance company is a strong plus.
- Native in Cantonese. Good command of English and Mandarin.
