Customer Service Officer
Responsibilities:
- Report to Customer Service Manager.
- Answer corporate customers’ inquiries and solve their problems by phone call and email.
Requirements:
- Diploma holder or above.
- With customer service experience is preferable.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Native speaker of Cantonese, good command of English and Mandarin.
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
