Customer Service Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Handle and resolve customer enquiries and complaints with professional manner
  • Follow orders
  • Any ad hoc tasks required

Requirements:

  • 1- 2 years working experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
  • Capable to monitor vendors performance for new items
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin is a must
  • Good sense of responsibility and customer-service oriented
  • Detail minded, well organized and eager to learn
  • Immediately available is preferred
