JOB DESCRIPTION
Customer Service
Responsibilities:
- Support Sales with onboarding, data input, account maintenance, and general service tasks.
- Coordinate with merchants and internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
- Log, track, and monitor merchant requests to meet service levels.
- Maintain good merchant relationships and support sales teams on portfolio and new merchant recruitment.
- Assist in ad-hoc projects, including Premier Merchant support.
Requirements:
- Diploma holder or above; fresh graduates are welcome.
- At least 1 year of sales or service support experience, preferably in acquiring or banking.
- Customer-oriented with strong communication skills, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in Cantonese and English, with good proficiency in Word and Excel.
