JOB DESCRIPTION
Company Secretarial Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Assist in handling a full set of company secretarial duties for all private subsidiaries incorporated in Hong Kong and offshore jurisdictions (Cayman Islands, BVI)
- Assist in preparing annual returns, minutes/resolutions of the board/shareholder(s) for the group companies
- Assist in preparing corporate documentation to shareholders, including interim/annual reports, circulars, and announcements
- Assist in arranging general meetings
- Responsible for maintaining and updating company secretarial records, registers, database and routine filings
- Assist in handling ad-hoc tasks and assignments
- Provide administrative support within the department
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in Company Secretarial or related disciplines
- 1-2 years of in-house local listed company experience in Hong Kong (Main Board preferred)
- Good knowledge of Hong Kong Listing Rules and Companies Ordinance
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Chinese Word Processing, and PowerPoint
- Well-organized, detail-minded, and able to work independently
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
