JOB DESCRIPTION

Company Secretarial Assistant/ Company Secretarial Officer

Responsibilities:

  • To provide the full spectrum of company secretarial services within the group
  • To prepare minutes, resolutions, and statutory forms
  • Organize board meetings, board committee meetings, and shareholders’ meetings
  • Coordinate with different parties and oversea-offices
  • Handle ad hoc projects as required

Requirements:

  • Degree holder or above with at least 1 – 6 years of relevant experience
  • Professional knowledge in company secretarial practice and an understanding of the laws and regulations of the Companies Ordinance, etc.;
  • Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Good communication skills
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Company Secretarial Assistant
