JOB DESCRIPTION
Company Secretarial Assistant/ Company Secretarial Officer
Responsibilities:
- To provide the full spectrum of company secretarial services within the group
- To prepare minutes, resolutions, and statutory forms
- Organize board meetings, board committee meetings, and shareholders’ meetings
- Coordinate with different parties and oversea-offices
- Handle ad hoc projects as required
Requirements:
- Degree holder or above with at least 1 – 6 years of relevant experience
- Professional knowledge in company secretarial practice and an understanding of the laws and regulations of the Companies Ordinance, etc.;
- Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Good communication skills
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Company Secretarial Assistant
