JOB DESCRIPTION
Client Services and Middle Office Officer
Responsibilities:
- Handle enquiries from clients and salespersons via email/phone in a professional manner
- Perform call back to clients
- Facilitate in account opening and related documentation
- Handle complaint cases
- Assist offshore referral account opening
- Participate in ad-hoc projects and other duties as required
Requirements:
- At least 2 years client servicing experience such as contact centre or sales assistant in financial industry, brokerage house experience is a plus
- Passed Type 1 HKSI licensing examination for Securities & Futures Intermediaries
- Customer-oriented with good communication skills is essential
- Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
- Able to work in fast paced environment with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Team player with commercial orientation
