JOB DESCRIPTION

Client Services and Middle Office Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Handle enquiries from clients and salespersons via email/phone in a professional manner
  • Perform call back to clients
  • Facilitate in account opening and related documentation
  • Handle complaint cases
  • Assist offshore referral account opening
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects and other duties as required

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years client servicing experience such as contact centre or sales assistant in financial industry, brokerage house experience is a plus
  • Passed Type 1 HKSI licensing examination for Securities & Futures Intermediaries
  • Customer-oriented with good communication skills is essential
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
  • Able to work in fast paced environment with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Team player with commercial orientation
