JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibility

• Undertake key duties across strategic planning and operational management of the category
• Ensure high performance of the category and achievement of business targets and objectives
• Analyze and review category performance, identify areas for enhancing sales and profit, and prepare recommendations
• Develop and implement planning to catch up with market changes and challenges from competitors
• Manage and NEGOTIATE with suppliers and business partners to build mutually beneficial relationships and ensure long term strategic partnership
• Well understand business partners profile in terms of the product information e.g. price range , new launch products as well as best selling items
• Active liaison with various internal and external parties for Company’s activities e.g. VIP days promotion, festive events

Requirement

• Diploma or above, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing or Retail Management
• At least 5 years of experience in merchandising
• Ideally with experience in health related categories / businesses
• Good market sense and passionate about growing a relatively new business line
• Solid analytical skills; able to work independently as well as under pressure
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills – good command of English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS Office, Word, Excel, Power Point etc.
