JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients.
• Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities.
• Act as the primary front-facing contact during early-stage client engagement.
• Work closely with internal design and consulting teams to hand over secured opportunities.
• Represent company at client meetings and networking events.

Requirements

• High diploma holder or above.
• At least 3 years of experience in business development or client-facing roles, ideally from:
• Interior design / architecture consultancies
• Property developers
• Real estate project management companies / consultancies
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable initiating conversations and developing new client relationships.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
