Business Development Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within local market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential corporate customers.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.
- Conduct market research to understand local market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 7+ years of new business development experience, preferably in local B2B market.
- With proven excellent sales track record.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong ability to identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities.
- Good command of English and Mandarin.
