JOB DESCRIPTION

Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within local market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential corporate customers.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.
  • Conduct market research to understand local market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 7+ years of new business development experience, preferably in local B2B market.
  • With proven excellent sales track record.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong ability to identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities.
  • Good command of English and Mandarin.
