JOB DESCRIPTION

Business Development Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Hong Kong market through market research, networking, and sales lead.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company growth objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for expansion.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and business forecasts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Native in Cantonese, good command of English and Mandarin.
