JOB DESCRIPTION
Business Development Manager
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Hong Kong market through market research, networking, and sales lead.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company growth objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for expansion.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and business forecasts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Native in Cantonese, good command of English and Mandarin.
